What has you worried today is what you don't understand. You know enough to see how deep the issues go, which means that a quickly applied band-aid will not solve the problem. Save your unexpressed anger for another day; it won't help now. Instead, cool logic mixed with non-judgmental feelings can bring you closer to the truth -- and the truth brings you closer to peace.

And who says Washington isn't fucked up...

Washington residents who play poker or make most other types of wagers on the Internet will be committing a Class C felony, equivalent under the law to possessing child pornography, threatening the governor or torturing an animal.

Although the head of the state Gambling Commission says it is unlikely that individual online gamblers will be targeted for arrest, the new law carries stiff penalties: as much as five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

The new law, which takes effect June 7, passed the Legislature this year without much public attention. But word has begun to spread among gamblers online and in old-fashioned "brick-and-mortar" card rooms, and the players aren't pleased.

http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/271844_internetgambling27.html

Ya know its amazing how things in life can make a total 180 degree turn in such a quick time. Last night, peacefully sleeping, then I hear a pop and a loud squeel, and I do mean loud, like a stuck pig loud, jump out of bed looking for the noise and it leads me over to my computer. Turn if off then back on and now it wont turn on, granted this was like at 2am and I didnt feel like fuckin with it then, so yeah, puter blew up. Couldn't sleep after that, no ambient noise there to soothe me. bleh. Alarm goes off, I get out of bed, get ready for work excited its my friday, get out and runnin get to work, everything here turns to shit, everyone is cranky, get some great news... etc etc etc, whine whine whine bitch bitch, guess I just dug my own grave there... automatic karmatic reaction I guess.

Cest la vie, I will get over it eventually. Take the good days with the bad.

Thats all for now.

Okay, here is last night dinner… I made Chicken Parmesan, but instead of mozzarella I used Pepper jack and extra sharp cheddar. I also made Penne Rigante with the left over sauce that I made, I'm doin pretty good making my own sauces. Along with that I also had a salad and some garlic asiago sourdough bread. Mmm. All in all everything turned out good, the chicken could have turned out a little bit crisper, but yeah it was tasty.

Ok, so Im gonna try something new, I'm gonna share what my previous nights dinner was, well at least the ones I cook on sunday, so every monday you will be treated to a something new. So last night I made a Tortillini with Grilled Chicken and Bacon Alfredo sauce. Needless to say this was my first time making Alfredo, so it was a journey in itself. I also made a side salad keeping with the Itaian theme, with lettuce, carrots, Salami, pepperoncini, and topped with grated cheese, mixed it with italian dressing. I also had some toasted ciabatta bread that was topped with butter and some spices. Not sure what lies in store next week, we shall see.

So here it is, I am sick of the way I look, I have changed mentally, now its time for a physical transformation, I am giving myself a goal, by the time my birthday rolls around, I am going to weigh at most 230 pounds, as on 10:30pm last night, I weighed in at 272 pounds, that gives me about 24 weeks to drop at least 42 pounds. It should be plenty of time. Its time, I have been too lazy in the past. Not anymore, I am kicking myself in the ass and getting into shape, every night right after work, gradually I am running, starting at a half of a mile, not sure how far it will get, afterwards, some cals, sit ups, pushups jumping jacks etc, after that, weights, bench, curls, military press squats. My gift to myself if I make this goal is some more ink, I am going to get another tatt, of what, I don’t know yet for sure, but I got (looks back) 24 weeks to find something that I want.
